A Family membership includes up to two named adults and their children or grandchildren (ages 17 and under).

Seniors, Students and Out of Town Residents (-15%)
Save 15% off the cost of a membership if at least one cardholder is a senior (ages 60+), student (ages 18 and up enrolled in full time studies with a valid student ID) or out of town resident (primary residence is more than 100 kilometres outside of Ottawa)

Guest Add-ons (+$40.00 / +$60.00)
Members with these add-ons can bring one or two guests of their choice when they visit. Guests are not named and can be different each visit!
NOTE: Guests must be accompanied by a named cardholder to receive complimentary admission.

Parking Add-on (+$39.00)
The parking add-on allows members to park at our 3 sites free of charge for the duration of their membership. If you include the parking add-on with your purchase, please make sure that you enter at least 1 license plate in the form (only add a license plate if you select the parking add-on).
NOTE 1: Parking add-ons are managed digitally by license plates. No physical passes are issued.
NOTE 2: Designated spaces are available for people with special needs (permit required). There is no fee for parking vehicles with this permit.

Yearly Auto-Renewal (-10%)
Save 10% on subsequent membership renewals by selecting the yearly auto-renewal option. Customers who select this option will have their memberships automatically renewed at the same level at the conclusion of their membership term with a 10% discount applied. We'll email customers 14 days beforehand to notify them of their upcoming automatic renewal.
